Artichoke and Spinach Dip

Yield: 6-8


  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 2/3 Cup of Shredded Parmesan Cheese

  • 3/4 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese

  • 1t of Red Pepper Flakes

  • 1 (14 oz) can Artichoke Hearts

  • 7 oz. Fresh Spinach


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray your casserole dish with a nonstick spray.

  2. In a bowl, stir together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, parmesan, mozzarella, and red pepper flakes.

  3. Stir in artichokes and spinach.

  4. Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish. Cook for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.

  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted baguette slices

  6. Enjoy!
