Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil



Yield: 6 Servings


Ingredients

  • 6 Corn on the Cob halfs

  • 1lb Medium Shrimp, devined

  • 1 Andouille Sausage Link, sliced

  • 1lb of Red Potatoes, medium chunks

  • 1 T Garlic Powder

  • 1 T Paprika

  • 1 T Onion Powder

  • 3 T Old Bay (I like a lot of Old Bay but feel free to decrease the amount)

  • 1/4 Cup of Melted Butter

  • 1 Lemon sliced into wedges

  • Chopped Parsley



Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400˚F.

  2. In a large pot combine water and salt and bring to a boil. Then add your potatoes to cook to just tender. In the last 5 minutes of cooking add your corn. Drain when finished.

  3. In a large bowl mix, potatoes, corn, shrimp,sausage, garlic powder, paprika ,onion powder, old bay, and 1/4 cup of melted butter.

  4. Spread evenly on a sheet pan and cook for 10-12 minutes, until shrimp are fully cooked.

  5. Add parsley and lemon wedges

  6. Enjoy!
