6 Corn on the Cob halfs
1lb Medium Shrimp, devined
1 Andouille Sausage Link, sliced
1lb of Red Potatoes, medium chunks
1 T Garlic Powder
1 T Paprika
1 T Onion Powder
3 T Old Bay (I like a lot of Old Bay but feel free to decrease the amount)
1/4 Cup of Melted Butter
1 Lemon sliced into wedges
Preheat oven to 400˚F.
In a large pot combine water and salt and bring to a boil. Then add your potatoes to cook to just tender. In the last 5 minutes of cooking add your corn. Drain when finished.
In a large bowl mix, potatoes, corn, shrimp,sausage, garlic powder, paprika ,onion powder, old bay, and 1/4 cup of melted butter.
Spread evenly on a sheet pan and cook for 10-12 minutes, until shrimp are fully cooked.
Add parsley and lemon wedges
