Roasted Parmesan Tomatoes

  • 6 Plum tomatoes

  • 3/4 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

  • Garlic Powder

  • McCormick Vegetable Seasoning

  • Italian Seasoning

  • Olive Oil

  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Slice your tomatoes into thirds.

  3. Spray your baking sheet with a non-stick cooking spray or wipe with some Olive oil.

  4. Lightly sprinkle with garlic powder, McCormick Vegetable Seasoning Italian Seasoning, and salt & Pepper.

  5. Cook for 10-13 minutes.

  6. Take out the over and sprinkle cheese on each tomato slice and place back in the oven until cheese is melted.

  7. Enjoy!
