Roasted Broccolini

Broccolini is a hybrid of broccoli and Chinese broccoli. First created in 1993, Broccolini has a mild flavor, with a sweet, earthy taste.

Yield: 4-6 Servings


  • 4 bunches of Broccolini

  • 2 cups of Grape tomatoes

  • 1 T of Grapeseed oil

  • 1T of Chilli oil (If you are not a spice fan, cut back)

  • 2 t of minced garlic

  • 3/4 of Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 415 °F degrees.

  2. Wash and cut the ends of broccolini off. Cut steams as needed so they are similar sized.

  3. In a large bowl, toss the broccolini with the grapeseed oil, chili oil, grape tomatoes, garlic, and salt & pepper.

  4. Spread veggies across a sheet pan and place in the oven for 30 minutes.

  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the broccolini and place back in the oven. Turn oven off.

  6. Take out broccolini when cheese is melted and serve.

  7. Enjoy!
