Goat Cheese Balls

Directions

  1. Form goat cheese balls. (I used a small scoop for sizing) Place goat cheese balls on a baking tray and place them in the freezer for at least an hour prior to frying.

  2. Mix panko bread crumbs with Soffritto and Paprika, place in a small bowl. Beat egg lightly. Place flour in a small bowl.

  3. Roll each goat cheese ball in flour, egg, and panko mixtures. Place them on parchment paper.

  4. Drop each ball in the oil, turning until they are golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Remove to a paper towel to drain.

  5. Drizzle with honey.

  6. Enjoy!
