Brioche French Toast

Yield: 12 Slices


  • 1 cup of Almond Milk

  • 1/4 cup of Flour

  • 4 Eggs

  • 3T of Brown Sugar

  • 1/2 T of Cinnamon

  • 1t of Nutmeg

  • 1 1/2 t of Vanilla Extract

  • A pinch of Salt

  • 12 Slices of Brioche Bread

  • Confectioner's Sugar and Strawberries for Garnish


  1. Whisk all ingredients together except for the butter.

  2. Melt butter in your skillet pan under medium heat.

  3. Dip each slice into the egg mixture and cook in your skillet for a few minutes on each side or until golden brown.

  4. Top with confectioner's sugar and fruit.

  5. Enjoy!
