Air Fryer: Crispy Potatoes

My second recipe in my Air Fryer series. I have the Power Air Fryer XL and that is 5.3 Qt of cooking space.


Yield: 5 - 6 servings


  • 1 1/2 Pound of small yellow potatoes

  • 1 T of Olive oil

  • 1 t of Garlic Powder

  • 1 T of Dried Parsley

  • 1/2 T of Tony's Creole Seasoning

  • Sea Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Cut your potatoes in quarters. Try to have similar size pieces so that they cook evenly.

  2. In a bowl, mix your potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, creole seasoning, parsley, sea salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread the potatoes in your air fryer in an even layer. Cook in your air fryer at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. About half way through I stirred the potatoes.

  4. Enjoy!
