Peach Berry Smoothie Bowl


Yield: 1 Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup of frozen mixed berries (Blackberries, Blueberries, Red Raspberries, Pomegranate)

  • 1 Small Ripe Banana (sliced and frozen)

  • 1/2 Cup of Diced Peaches

  • 3 T of Almond Milk

  • 1/2 Cup of Kale

  • 4 Strawberries, Sliced

  • Granola ( I used Bear Naked Granola w/ Almonds, Raisins, Cranberries, & Pecans)

  • Honey, for drizzling


Directions

  1. Add frozen berries and banana to a blender and blend on low.

  2. Add your almond milk and blend until you have a soft serve consistency.

  3. Scoop into a bowl and top with strawberries, granola mix, with a honey drizzle

  4. You can freeze any leftovers.

  5. Enjoy!
