Yield: 1 Bowl
3/4 Cup of frozen mixed berries (Blackberries, Blueberries, Red Raspberries, Pomegranate)
1 Small Ripe Banana (sliced and frozen)
1/2 Cup of Diced Peaches
3 T of Almond Milk
1/2 Cup of Kale
4 Strawberries, Sliced
Granola ( I used Bear Naked Granola w/ Almonds, Raisins, Cranberries, & Pecans)
Honey, for drizzling
Add frozen berries and banana to a blender and blend on low.
Add your almond milk and blend until you have a soft serve consistency.
Scoop into a bowl and top with strawberries, granola mix, with a honey drizzle
You can freeze any leftovers.
